1. What sizes are available for the magnetic screen door?
We offer a range of standard sizes to fit most residential doors. Please check our product listing for specific size options (e.g., 32"x82", 36"x82", 38"x82", etc.). If your door size is not listed, please contact our customer service for recommendations.
2. How do I measure my door?
To select the correct standard size, measure the height and width of your door frame. Compare your measurements with the size options shown on the product page. Choose the size that is closest to your door’s dimensions. No further modifications are needed – our screens are designed to fit securely within standard frames.
3. How do I install the magnetic screen door?
Installation is simple and requires no tools. Each package includes a mounting frame with strong adhesive tape. Just clean your door frame, peel off the backing, and press the frame onto the door. The magnetic strips in the center will automatically close after you walk through. A detailed instruction guide is included with every order.
4. What is your shipping time?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. After processing, standard shipping takes 11–15 business days to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, and Australia. Express shipping (5–10 business days) is available for an additional $10 per order. Please note that delivery may be delayed due to customs or carrier issues. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.
