30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it – unworn or unused,
with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return

In your email, please include:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return
For returns due to our error, we will provide a free return label. For buyer's remorse returns, you are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Cost
- If the return is due to our error (e.g., defective, damaged, or wrong item sent): we will cover the return shipping cost.
- If the return is due to buyer’s remorse (e.g., no longer wanted, ordered by mistake, doesn’t fit)
the buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged,
or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, such as:
- Gift cards
If you have questions about whether your specific item can be returned, please contact us.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 2 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
If the return is due to buyer's remorse, the original shipping fees paid are non-refundable.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received the refund, please contact us at service@qvniidaay.com.
International Returns
For orders shipped outside China, return shipping may involve customs clearance. Any import duties, taxes,
or customs fees incurred during the return process are the responsibility of the sender.
Please ensure all customs documentation is completed correctly.
