Custom-Made Products: No Change-of-Mind Returns

Our custom-sized products (magnetic screen doors, curtains, and other items made to your exact measurements) are produced specifically for your order and cannot be resold. For this reason, custom-made items are not eligible for returns or exchanges due to change of mind, wrong measurements, or ordering mistakes. Please measure carefully and double-check your custom options before placing your order.

Quality Guarantee (Custom Products)
We stand behind the quality of our custom-made products. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or is the wrong item due to our error, contact us within 7 days of delivery at service@qvniidaay.com with your order number and photos. We will provide a free replacement or remake at no cost to you.

Standard (Non-Custom) Products – 30-Day Returns
For non-customized items (standard-size accessories and products not made to order), you may request a return within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and you have proof of purchase. Returns due to our error include a free return label; buyer’s-remorse returns are shipped back at the buyer’s expense. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
For approved quality claims, we will issue a replacement or a refund to your original payment method as applicable. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
